PRESENTATION

Vintner and man of the house Boris Lisjak caringly tends to the vineyard on his farm. Many awards attest to the love the President of the Association of the Karst Teran Producers has for grapes, as well as to his knowledge of tending to the wine left to age in his cellar.

 

Wines mature in the oak casks he keeps there, until they are ready to be poured into the attractive bottles designed by Oskar Kogoj. Guests of the Lisjak family stay in beautifully furnished rooms at the renovated homestead, built in the traditional Karst style.

 

Individual travellers or groups who book in advance will be served prosciutto, wine, and other Karst specialties in the pleasant atmosphere of the courtyard. 

For a pleasant memory, guests can take part in grape harvests, or pedal out on bikes to discover the hidden natural corners of the Karst.
